The Durban University of Technology (DUT) is a top university in South Africa. It is located in the KwaZulu Natal province. It is a result of the 2002 merger of Technikon Natal and ML SUltan Technikon. The university has seven campuses in total, two campuses in Pietermaritzburg and five campuses in Durban. 


This multi-campus university of technology finds itself at the cutting edge of higher education, technological training, and research. Programs are designed so that students experience an intellectual evolution throughout their time at the university.
